Information displayed for each member:

• Whether or not courses have been reported
  • Tooltip showing all semesters they've been in school that are missing courses
  • Use the following categories for Spring/Fall:
    • Full-time: 12+ hours
    • 3/4 Time: 9-11 hours
    • Half-time: 6-8 hours
    • Needs Courses: < 6 hours
  • Use the following categories for Summer:
    • Full-time: 6+ hours
    • 3/4 Time: 4-5 hours
    • Half-time: 3 hours
    • Needs Courses: < 3 hours

Extra features needed to make this happen:

• Add Semester FK representing their first semester in school to Members table (nullable).
