Support query parameters

This could be done with an augmented URLSearchParams (like we do for JSON) and a hardcoded query template string. It will also be needed for apis which use required query string parameters.

This is needed for example in the tMDB API for search.

#19 is enabled by default now. Still need to figure out how to properly augment the URLSearchParams type globally with the generic parameter.
