`aspire new` should set up open telemetry in Front End React app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

I just did aspire new and selected Starter App (ASP.NET Core/React).

Upon starting up my app host, I see telemetry for the backend, but don't see anything for the react front end.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd expect to see telemetry enabled in the front end based on https://aspire.dev/dashboard/enable-browser-telemetry/

(I also haven't checked the other StarterApps - they should also have otel for their front ends if they don't already)
