When starting eshop reference application with Ctrl+F5, the webpage that appears in localhost says "no resources found"

Hi, I have followed the prerequisite steps to starting the eShop Reference application (https://github.com/dotnet/eShop), but when I start the project by pressing Ctrl+F5, the page that loads in the https://localhost:19888 URL shows a dashboard for 'Resources' with no data like in the following screenshot:

There is also an error that appears at the bottom of the page after a few seconds:

Can someone tell me if this is expected? I thought I would be able to see something else.
