Does not unpack setup.bin

I have an installer consisting of two files:

1. setup.exe
2. setup.bin
   When I try to unpack setup.exe, it only unpacks the installer files, but not setup.bin. Here are the logs:

Yes, it fails to unpack with innoextract, and that must be because it's years out of date. I tested its installer with another tool called InnoExtractor for Windows (latest version) and it works fine.
