Specify `token_received` mechanism

At the moment the mechanism for a contract to accept tokens is under-specified. It would be good to expand on it in the documentation, to make it clear for developers wishing to receive tokens complying to this specification. Of particular importance is the behavior the contract must exhibit on receiving said tokens.
