Incorrect Default Value for created_at in Documentation

Hello Team,
I found an issue in the documentation regarding the created_at date field in the example code. The current code snippet uses:

import datetime
import mongoz


class MyDocument(mongoz.Document):
    created_at: datetime.date = mongoz.Date(default=datetime.date.today)
    ...

To ensure that each instance receives a unique timestamp, I recommend updating the code to use a callable for the default parameter:

import datetime
import mongoz


class MyDocument(mongoz.Document):
    created_at: datetime.date = mongoz.Date(default=datetime.date.today())
    ...

This adjustment ensures that datetime.date.today() is called each time a new instance is created, providing the correct and expected behavior.
