Expected behavior

Data Writer should continue publishing to Data Reader.

We have observed that after network is down and then restored the communication seems to be lost.

Current behavior

Participants stop receiving data from each other after some time.

If network is down, communication cannot be restored.

Steps to reproduce

We are running two different processes that use Fast-DDS to publish and subscribe to data.
Sometimes the communication fails and sometimes no, we don't have a specific way to reproduce the error.

We have noticed the following:
If we disable the network communication of the SBC we get the "Network is unreachable" log message.
Then we reenable the network communication and we keep getting the "Network is unreachable" log message although the network is now reachable.
