Rotate the deploy key on smallweb1

We're still using the deploy created by @frabcus in 2017 to push from the production server to this github repo - we should probably rotate that key more often than never!

rotated, will delete old key next month, assuming the automatic process finishes correctly (i.e. remove from this list )
