This feature request is for GUI self, no relavant for any EdgeX services
Description [REQUIRED]
- GUI needs a version tag and control to let's user know what the current version of GUI they used, and if it's incompatible with the relavant EdgeX's version.
- There have been users who operate EdgeX with the wrong GUI version, it lets users confused.

If you have a solution in mind, please describe it.
- Redesign the left side menu bar on the GUI, adding a version tag at the bottom.
- How control the version? it needs more deeper research.
