Add flag to remove all properties

It should basically perform the same action as "Remove Properties and Personal Information" (however it doesn't seem to work on the latest electron.exe though).

This is useful for clearing the properties provided by "electron.exe" and then adding your own properties afterwards.
If a new Electron version adds more properties then this approach would still work without having to specify the new fields.
