Bill Of Materials in case we don't want to have JLCPCB populate the board

I figured that there may be some things which JLCPCB would not be able to populate and, as such, went through and cataloged where everything can be bought.

The only thing I didn't figure out was the LCD Cover but, hey, that would probably be quick work with a laser cutter and some thin acrylic glass. :)

I also found the Interactive BOM plugin for KiCAD and this will be helpful in finding where to populate components after they arrive.
