Currently, the output directory field in the main window is read-only (disabled). When I need to manually add or modify a subfolder (for example, adding "\CD1" or "\CD2" for multi-disc sets), I have to: Open "General Settings".Go to "Output files". Manually edit or paste the path there. This process is inefficient and adds unnecessary clicks. It would be much simpler if the text box in the main window were editable (like KDE Soundkonverter). Since fre:ac already has logic to validate paths and ask to create folders if they don't exist, enabling manual editing in the main interface would greatly improve the workflow for users who don't rely solely on automated metadata.
