[Overlay] some extra apps appear under 'Add' button in My workspace with user addes or removes 'CodeApps' via feature drop down list

What happened?

1. Open overlay sandbox -> overlay manager
2. Add Marketplace and CustomApplications features to have 'Add' button in My workspace
3. Add CodeApps feature via dropdown list -> Remove it -> Repeat several times -> note that some apps under 'Add' buttons added earch time -> bug
