migrate from json file store to sqlite + drfit for more faster & reliable data read/writes

right now we are using a json file to read and write the app details.
it is sufficient

but suffers in aspect of 170+ apps

so a migrate to sqlite + drift is needed for more better and reliable functionality and user experience
