When the number of extended monitors changes in Windows 11, the desktop size calculation is strange. #1685

Description

@ackbus

**Monitor setup:

2x 1080p monitors (left and right)
1x virtual monitor at 2736×1824 (200% scale), mirrored from laptop screen, positioned at the bottom
Monitor configuration changes frequently (adding/removing virtual monitor)
Bug: When the virtual monitor is added, the wallpaper size calculation is incorrect ~80% of the time. The wallpaper scales from the top-left corner and spills over into the other monitors (left/right 1080p monitors ,The left monitor is the main monitor.).

Workaround: Toggling the Wallpaper Manager off/on in Seelen UI settings fixes the wallpaper size until the next monitor change. But doing this every boot/configuration change is inconvenient.

Expected: Wallpaper should be calculated correctly regardless of monitor hotplug events, without requiring manual toggle of the wallpaper manager.**
