What other things are needed to set up project

I followed [this](http://jsondoc.org/how-to-springmvc.html) and [this](http://jsondoc.org/examples-spring.html) and I get a 404 when going to `http://localhost:8080/api/jsondoc`. I was wondering if there are more things missing that are not documented in the getting started page.
