Bing streetside imagery nodes display a solid color in the view window #1736

Description

Occasionally, instead of loading actual Bing streetside imagery, clicking on a Bing node will just fill the viewport with a solid color. This seems to happen randomly and the only fix I have found is completely reloading Rapid. The color does seem to change depending on the node, which makes it almost seem like the image is extremely zoomed in, as if a single pixel is filling the whole viewport. Once this issue has appeared, it affects all Bing streetside imagery regardless of location or capture date.

Steps to reproduce

No clear cause or steps for reproduction. I can only suggest turning on all 3 street level imagery providers (Mapillary, Bing, Kartaview) and clicking between imagery nodes from all 3 while interacting with the viewport.
