Migrate good old Yarn v1 to pnpm (or newer Yarn)

This project still sticks to the good old Yarn v1 unlike Docusaurus. It should be migrated to pnpm as Docusaurus did (or to a newer Yarn) to make the performance better and mitigate the risk of supply chain attacks.
