"Do you want to setup RR settings for Midas" dialog opens on every vscode startup

After installing this plugin, every time I start a vscode instance I get a dialog saying "Thank you for using Midas. Do you want to setup RR settings for Midas?"

No matter whether I click "Yes", "No", or "Cancel", nothing happens, and the dialog appears again the next time I start vscode.

Thanks for the bug report. We have this on file already in issue #197 and @theIDinside is currently working on a fix.

There are several ways to work around this, many relying on making sure that rr is buildable. First thing, which Linux distro are you using?

Well, I realize that issue #197 is Windows only, but the workaround I mention there could fix your problem.

I already have rr installed and in my PATH, but for reference my distro is Debian 11.

Thanks; I can confirm that setting midas_version to "0.0.0" in ~/.config/Code/User/globalStorage/farrese.midas/.config resolves the issue for me.
