Make Midas work with PCP PR #226

Add the ability to build RR with the PCP feature enabled. It's still a PR, but I've tested it just today and works with non-trivial applications like Firefox, so, seems justifiable to me to be able to provide it, even if the feature is an "alpha-version".
I think the best approach to solve this is to be pragmatic. Forget some super general solution that can apply patches and just hardcode the branch, it's often rebased (by me) onto rr master anyhow.
