Several fixes for updating and deleting annotations of hosts

Implemented a fix for a PowerShell 6 bug regarding OS detection. Also some minor fixes to tests and to Connect-OciServer

Fixed Backup and Restore

During some restructuring some versions ago, the backup and restore cmdlets were broken. They do work now, but still need lots of testing, especially for large envirionments

Improved Datasource creation and modification

Several improvements to datasource creation and modification including creating a new datasource from a given datasource type, adding it to the OCI server, changing of datasource name, datasource acquisition unit and datasource configuration including password changes.

Fixed performance parsing

Fixed parsing of performance results and a few more minor fixes

Renamed Delete-OciUser to Remove-OciUser and further testing

Delete is not a supported Verb in PowerShell, but Remove is. Therefore
renaming Delete-OciUser into Remove-OciUser. Improved test coverage.

Bug Fixes, Preparation for PowerShell 6 and removal of OCI Credential Management

Several bug fixes. Added Pester Tests. Removed OCI Credential Management due to issues and dependencies. Prepared for PowerShell 6.
