v1.1.0 broke Cargo.toml icons

In v1.0.29, Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock had specific icons:

But now, in v1.1.0, they have the plain .toml icons:

It would be nice if these could come back.

I wouldn't be surprised if there were other name-specific icons (i.e., ones that override the .ext when they have a specific full name) that were also broken by this update... but Cargo.toml/.lock are the only two I have seen in my day-to-day.
