[BUG] Selection Translation several issues

2. Description / 问题描述
   1. 'Translation services' is empty in the popup window.
   2. 'Loss of focus hide\show' is not remembered, and always reverts back to "lock on".
   3. The dictionary is always Chinese, despite the target languages are not the one.
