[IT] Add commands to solve CloudRT issue

To overcome some communication issues, we should implement three new commands:

• Reset printer: together with the next command, this allows the Epson printer to clear its buffer to avoid communication blocks with the cloud.
• Reboot: this, combined with the previous command, reboots the printer, clearing any possible problems.
