Unable to search UPnP device when connected to same Device(iPhone) personal hotspot.

The issue has occurred as the following situation :

1. Turn on "Personal Hotspot" in iPhone.
2. Connect tv(STB) with the device(iPhone 6s) hotspot.
3. Search for the service/device with the same device(iPhone 6s).
4. Unable to detect any device in this scenario.
