Feature request: Bluetooth Quick Settings Tile

Hi there,

I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to kindly request if it would be possible to add a Quick Settings tile for Bluetooth. Ideally, it could:

• Tap: Toggle Bluetooth on/off.
• Long press: Open Bluetooth settings.
• Subtitle: Show “On/Off” or the name(s) of connected device(s) if Bluetooth is on.
• Permissions: Gracefully prompt the user to grant BLUETOOTH_CONNECT on Android 12+ if needed.

I'm using android 15 in which I have to click 3 times to enable bluetooth. so if anyone can add this feature, it would be a great help. Thanks You
