Description
Add a /settings page with user-configurable preferences.
Sections
- Appearance: Dark/light/system theme toggle (closes Add toggle for dark/light mode #276)
- Language: Locale switcher for English/Spanish (closes Users can change their language from the app settings #309, refs Add multi-language/locale support #287)
- Admin: Enable/disable new user sign-ups (closes Add ability for an admin to enable/disable sign ups #261)
- Account: Change password, delete account
