Kez does not respect position selection in all pick mode

Kez always goes mid lane.

## Steps to reproduce

1. In all pick mode, invoke `!pos 2` to swap Kez to safe lane.
2. Wait for position selection to close.

## Expected behavior.

After position selection closed, Kez keep on safe lane.

## Actual behavior.

After position selection closed, Kez TP to mid lane.
