Broken Kez and bot inability to build octarine core

The 2 main issues that I have found recently are that Kez bot just sits in Base all game and the second one is that when bots are trying to get octarine core, they buy 1 Diadem and then multiple soul boosters. And they keep just buying sould boosters.
