Patch a new file

The default patch mechanism will not create a new file: "patch: source/target file does not exist". Adding 'patch-binary = patch' fixes the problem.

tnx for reporting this. collective.recipe.patch is way down onmy cyclin list right now to look into this. but fixes are appreciated :P
