More key bindings in answer viewer: `less` mode, `?` for help, ...

Great project and tool.

Works well out of the box, but some things I expected didn't work in the terminal UI. I'll make this a grab bag rather than an issue for each for now to keep things light on everyone.

• A: Pressing j/k didn't actually navigate to new answers, instead, the further away keys up/down did. Maybe just bind j/k as well for less/vim like experience, -> less to learn for most devs
• B: There's no TUI help triggered by ?, again, this something TUIs like htop usually have
• C: No way to navigate to the next best question, I expected that -> would take me to the next question, interestingly it didn't.
• D: No inverse of n? I think n takes you to the next question, but I couldn't figure out to do the inverse. capital N didn't work, neither did p (for previous).

Maybe some of these already work and I just didn't discover them - please comment and I'll strike them.
