DNA sequence cleaning and associated flags and issues

As part of the GBIF-DNA work, sequences will be normalised and flags and issues will be created. This should be documented:

• The processing steps should be added here: https://techdocs.gbif.org/en/data-processing/ (as a separate page)

• The flags and issues should be added here: https://techdocs.gbif.org/en/data-use/occurrence-issues-and-flags (in a table)

@tobiasgf @thomasstjerne here's the issue for documenting the processing steps and the flags and issues. I will keep this issue up to date, and share test pages once they have been established.
