Dark mode graph view not legible / accessible

Describe the bug

When looking at the graph view for a data source on LD-Explorer, if dark mode is toggled on, the text in the graph is not legible (it is black on dark bg). The toggle to dark mode should trigger switching out black font for white. This appears to be an issue only for the graph view and does not appear to be an issue with the underlying ICDS.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Sources > Catalog
2. Select a source, e.g. IES4
3. Go to Sources > Data Sources
4. Click "Show" under IES4
5. Change tab to "Sample Data"
6. Toggle "Graph View"
7. Compare and contrast graph view with dark mode on/off

Expected behavior

Font colour should change to a contrasting font colour (e.g., white) when dark mode is toggled on.
