Insufficient Buffer Memory When Using v4l2loopback Device #59

Description

@AdalynBlack

I'm receiving the following message whenever I attempt to use a v42loopback virtual camera with cam2ip: Insufficient buffer memory on /dev/video2 -- decreaseing buffers

This message seems related to heavily degraded video quality. I'm having to use the OpenCV version, since the standard version doesn't detect the device whatsoever. Streaming my physical webcam works just fine on either version, but even if I add as many buffers as the program allows (after 3 buffers it generates a new error), it complains about insufficient buffer memory
