Check Runs and Statuses on GitHub.com have a secondary field which often conveys some important information.  Our handling of that in the pull request detail does not find a way to surface that information.  I'm tempted to add a tooltip, but I feel that is not very appealing from a UX standpoint. @donokuda ideas?
