Support 16 KB Memory page size

Google Play Console shows that my app does not support "16 KB Memory page size"

These libraries for WebRTC also do not support 16 KB:
base/lib/arm64-v8a/libvad_jni.so
base/lib/x86_64/libvad_jni.so

I have created a PR to resolve the 16KB support for
base/lib/arm64-v8a/libonnxruntime4j_jni.so
base/lib/x86_64/libonnxruntime4j_jni.so

I saw your PR and it's much appreciated. It doesn't look like your commits will be merged soon, so I will just use your fork in my next update.

@Smash99 for now, you can download the zip file of @Morteza-arifi 's fork and added to your android project as a module.

Thank you, everyone, for raising this issue! You can now download version 2.0.10, which includes updates for the Silero VAD and WebRTC VAD models. For the Yamnet model, I’m still waiting on an update from Google
