[Bug] Moving a maximized window to another monitor causes it to become minimized

Describe the bug

Not sure if this is covered by other similar issues (such as #1165) but this is happening on Windows 11. Think it wasn't an issue on Windows 10 back when I was using that oddly enough. When the window gets minimized from moving it to another monitor, the only way to restore it as a workaround is by toggle-tiling or toggle-floating. Should also note it doesn't happen when moving the window to another workspace within the same monitor.

Actually just discovered something that reproduces the issue consistently. It works fine (i.e. doesn't get minimized when moving between monitors) after I disconnect/reconnect the 2nd monitor, but then it starts breaking again after I un-maximize/re-maximize the window.
