Error "Task v3.24.0 is required[...]. The current version is v3.4.0."

When I open VSCodium with the Task extension installed, I get an error notification, "Task v3.24.0 is required to run this extension. The current version is v3.4.0.". Looks like this:

This was my mistake, sorry. The task command was going to Taskwarrior, which I obviously must have installed mistakenly too, at some point.
