Issue when using PHP 8.2+

When using PHP 8.2+, you get the following message:

Creation of dynamic property Shippo_ApiRequestor::$_apiKey is deprecated in vendor/shippo/shippo-php/lib/Shippo/ApiRequestor.php on line 12.

While it still works (for now), it will stop working in the future. I quickly looked at the module in question and believe that the declaration (on line 7

As an update to this, there are a number of additional modules that suffer from the same warning under various circumstances. It looks like no one has addressed any issues for some time now. Is this still being maintained?
