RelativeRangeDatePickerDialog doesn't close calendar on day selection when format includes HH:mm:ss

When format includes hours:minutes:seconds calendar doesnot closes automatically on date selection as it happens without hours etc.

Expected behavior:
The date picker should close automatically after selecting a day, regardless of whether format is used, unless explicitly configured otherwise.

I understand it because of the time input inside the modal, but it is not comfortable, because I do not always need to enter time (most of the times) and have to click outside the modal. As work around it would be better move the modal to the right or left, or add ability not to render timeInput even if the format includes time.
