R Markdown knitting issue with Trelliscopejs

Hi, I am trying to knit a Rmarkdown doc with Trelliscope functions in the code. I am getting the below error message.

Line 18 Error in path.expand(path) : invalide 'path' argument calls: ... same_path -
> normalize_path -> normalizePath -> path.expand

It looks like this error is related to Trelliscope as suggested at https://community.rstudio.com/t/r-notebook-issue-running-trelliscopejs/102842 .
