thanks a lot for developing this tool. I already found between the issues that sometimes svtyper reports REF calls without support (10/0:0:4.77:0,0,0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:.) when there are no reads aligning in a region (as described in #65 ).
However in my results I can also find missing calls ( ./.:.:.:.:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:.). What's the difference between the 2 type of calls?
