`createClient` to return generated output

I'm not sure if returning context is useful at all, maybe we could collect output inside another property to begin with. We would want to return information about which files got generated, maybe each file should be tagged with which plugin wrote to it. The goal is to allow tests to load generated output without using magic strings.
