Include `service=crossover` tracks in crossover "bubble"

I think we should include crossovers as well, so no station bubbles are shown for those either.

A later styling could be a bubble similar to the one for the yards, just wrapping around the nearby service=crossover ways.

That is an interesting situation. If the crossover is a node, excluding the neighboring tracks but including the 2 crossovers on the same tracks will be difficult.

The only thing to work with are distance and grouping. Distance to include crossover tracks should not be too large, because it would include too much. There is also no "direction" available.

So maybe the best way would be to tag the crossover node as an area or something. But that is not standard. Or even a relation with the crossover tracks as members.
