Fix occasional FileAdapter issue with removing directory causing ENOTEMPTY error

When running unit tests all but one afterEach() succeeds with that afterEach() failing to remove all files in data folder intermittently due to ENOTEMPTY error. This error happens occasionally only and thus is hard to reproduce.
