Additional information

The screenshot below is an example. It also appears in a lot of other places, such as Settings > Devices & services. Basically all the 3-dot buttons on every page that cannot be directly accessed from the side bar has this problem.
screenshot of an example of the issue

I have tried it on:

  1. iOS Companion App (iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16.1)
  2. iOS Safari (iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16.1)
  3. iPadOS Safari (iPad Pro 12.9 2021, iPadOS 16.1)
  4. Chrome on Windows (default) (Windows 10, Chrome 122.0.6261.95)
  5. Chrome on Windows (F12 and then selected a few Apple devices) (Windows 10, Chrome 122.0.6261.95)
Result: 4 and 5 are fine, 1 through 3 are not.
On Windows, I did adjust the window size and hit Ctrl+F5 to clear cache.
So I guess it is an Apple-specific issue and maybe only happens on older system version.
