Describe the issue you are experiencing
When using the Weather forecast card in HA on JST-9 (UTC+9), the forecast for the previous day is shown until 9:15 JST (UTC 0:15), as shown in the screenshot. I want the forecast to reflect the local time zone correctly instead of using UTC.
Describe the behavior you expected
I expected the daily forecast to be shown according to my local time zone (JST, UTC+9), and for the next day's forecast to appear after midnight local time, not delayed until 9:15.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Set Home Assistant to Asia/Tokyo timezone (JST, UTC+9)
- Use the Weather forecast card
- Observe after midnight JST – the previous day's forecast is still displayed until 9:15 JST (UTC 0:15)
- See screenshots attached for before and after 9:15
