Give Radames access to our data that matches his needs in some way. To start, provide access to cost data. The initial/simple approach is to create a readonly SQL user. Ideally, we should investigate a more maintainable or automated approach such as replication.

• Review what data Radames actually needs, from the DFS share
• Create a readonly SQL user for Radames as a starting point.
• Investigate replicating or synchronizing the data in a way that suits his workflow and ours.
• Evaluate security, compliance, and maintenance implications.
