Feature request: ignore specific Headings

On some other Markdown formatters you can include a comment to ignore specific headings from the TOC.
Example: MarkdownAllInOne

## Included in TOC

## Not included in TOC <!-- no-toc -->

## Included also in TOC

Would it be possible to integrate this Feature here too? The specific comment would be your choice.

I also have the need for that feature for my Awesome list projects. See, some entries are forbidden to be featured in the ToC, but still allowed to exist in the body of the document.

In the mean time, I resort to in-place removal with a regular expression:

$ find ./ -type f \( -name 'readme.md' -or -name 'readme.*.md' \) -print -exec gawk -i inplace '!/^- \[(Contents|Contributing|Footnotes)\]\(#.+\)$/{print}' "{}" \;

But having this capability supported natively by mdformat-toc would be more solid.
